Heart-Centered Touch Group for Men

Men crave touch that is responsible, caring and senstitive. We often experience anxiety and stress around touch and sensual contact. Our experience of touch can often be fragmented and disconnected. This weekly group allows men to explore the world of touch with other men in a safe, structured environment. There will be instruction in massage and energy healing by Adam who is a long-time bodyworker and acupuncturist. Breathwork, tantric practice and a heart-circle is part of each session.

We meet every Tuesday evening 7.30 -10.00 PM
The fee for the Touch group is $35.
